Pro Staff is currently seeking candidates for a Transportation Customer Support position.
As a Customer Service representative you will be answering calls from customers and drivers. You will be working with the details and coordination of shipments.
This is a full time temp-to-hire opportunity.
Hours are 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Pay Rate $15/hr w/ commission
Requirements:

Requirements:
- College degree or 2-4 years of related experience
- understanding of the transportation industry
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills.
- At least 6 months of experience with the transportation industry is preferred
- Must have at least 12 months of prior customer service background.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
