Job Details

Pro Staff has a unique Lead Generation opening in Plymouth, MN. We are partnering with a professional services company that specializes in outsourcing customer service and sales departments to staff for an entry level Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you would be responsible for researching prospect companies and drafting warm sales emails. This temporary-to-hire opportunity offers flexible daytime hours and pays $16 hourly + 10% commission on closed deals.

Additional Details:

  • Responsible for utilizing LinkedIn to establish and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Draft emails to contacts within companies who have shown interest in services.
  • Work with outside sales representatives to schedule meetings, determine needs, and meet sales goals.
  • Work with accounts ranging from small to mid-size companies.
  • Quarterly bonus if all KPI’s are met.
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience in a professional setting required (internship or employment)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates will be required to use LinkedIn
  • A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
  • A pre-employment background check is required
