Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) is a $2.2 billion integrated health system serving Wisconsin with about 10,000 employees and over 1,200 providers comprising 86 specialties, health plan, and research and education programs. The Solutions Manager is responsible for delivery of business solutions which includes solution definition, analysis, planning and deployment. Analysis includes requirements solicitation, feasibility studies, cost/schedule estimates and statements of work and usability studies. The Solutions Manager will lead assigned teams and their associated solutions. The Solutions Manager will be responsible for solutions deliverables, compliance with contractual agreements, and client retention and satisfaction.

Requires:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related technical field
• Three years of Information Services leadership experience in solutions delivery, systems, programming, or related, and at least two years of experience in a health care setting
