Welding Lead
Valley Staffing, in partnership with a local machine shop in Waseca, is looking for qualified candidates for a Welding Lead position. In this position you will be assisting in supervising the welding department staff in accordance to supervisor direction, while performing tasks related to welding.

Typical responsibilities for this position are: assigning tasks, assisting with training, maintaining welding equipment, time management, welding 75% of time or as required, and all other duties as assigned.

Qualified applicants must have the welding ability in all processes (MIG, TIG, materials, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum), attention to details, good attendance, stamina, leadership skills, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
