Successful candidates in this position will work side by side with experienced machinists to learn the trade and develop crucial skills needed for a career in manufacturing. Candidates will also be brought into a great company culture that focuses on open communication and high standards of quality. Candidates are started on 1st shift at $16 an hour and eventually moved to 2nd shift with an 11% increase in pay.
