Description: As a Food Service Team Leader at Target, you are responsible for the Target Café, Pizza Hut, and/or Starbucks businesses in your store. You are accountable to overall Target standards as well as licensee standards for Starbucks and Pizza Hut (where applicable). You are responsible for inventory management, ordering, in-stocks and guest satisfaction within those departments. You play a support role to the Leader on Duty (LOD) and all exempt leaders in the store in teaching, training and developing the store team members in delivering on all Target brand promises.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members. Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs. Able to think quickly on the spot to answer guest questions. Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary. *
