Product Development Director

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR:

BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA

KWS Cereals USA, LLC, headquartered in Bloomington, MN with its R & D facility in Champaign, IL, develops wheat and rye seed varieties for cereals by creating, updating and implementing seed breeding strategy and programs and marketing globally. This full time position directs the company's hybrid rye seed production in North America by directing the entire product development strategy and supervising the production development team to ensure products are produced according to design, quality, and price specifications; collaborates with internal and external stakeholders for implementation of product development strategies. Domestic and international travels (approx. 25-30%). This position can be served remotely. Min Reqs: Master's degree in Crop, Plant or Agricultural Science field, or equivalent foreign degree, plus two years of prior employment experience in managing hybrid rye seed production for cereals with a global seed production business.
