lead to develop marketing plans to support driving conversion into the Target
Circle program and ongoing engagement.
As a part of the Loyalty Marketing Team you
will also partner closely with Lifecycycle Marketing, Channel Owners, Stores
and BCM to support the broader Circle guest marketing portfolio all in service
of deepening the guest relationship.

About
You...
- 4-year
degree or equivalent experience. - A
minimum of 3-5 years' experience in marketing with some product marketing
background. - Effective
communication skills included demonstrated ability to share insights and
actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner. - Experience
in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization; proven ability to drive
results cross-functionally without direct management of all team members. - Self-starter
approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives. - Demonstrated
ability to perform in a data driven environment
