POSITION: Student Services Program Manager II (McNair Scholars Program Manager)


DUTIES:    The McNair Scholars Program Manager provides administrative leadership for the McNair Scholars Program including: program development, staff supervision, budget management and grant proposal writing. The position also includes maintaining a client case load and quality faculty relationships.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: 
•Master’s degree in counseling, educational psychology, STEM, student personnel services, or a related area.
•Six months experience in administration of TRIO or student affairs programs.
•One (1) year experience working with low income, first-generation, and disabled students at the college level.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
•Ph.D. or Ed.D. in education, counseling, STEM, student personnel, or a related area.     
•Experience with STEM fields
