Job Details

Now Hiring: a direct hire Accounts Payable/Office Specialist for a growing company who recently moved their operations to a beautiful office in Bloomington! This position has split duties as you see below. You must be willing to step in and help out wherever needed! 

Duties include:
Performing accounting tasks including:
Accounts payable
Match POs to invoices including research and reconcile
Charge expenses to accounts 
Maintain accounting ledgers
Perform receptionist tasks including:
Sit at the front desk
Greet vendors/customers/employees
Order office supplies
Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages

Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
2-5 years of general accounting experience
Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Skills: communication, time management, organizational, professional, ability to prioritize and multitask, amongst others
