As a Sr Finance Manager within Properties Finance, you will lead the Finance support for Target's Indirect Sourcing & Procurement and broader Properties organization. You'll influence, shape, and value the financial impact of Enterprise sourcing and Properties decisions. This includes driving financial analysis to optimize Properties expense and Capital investments. Effective applicants will drive strategies that improve Properties financial performance while balancing financial and operational business needs. You will conduct analysis to prioritize and recommend strategies that have the most significant impact on financial performance. You will cultivate influential relationships with partner groups in Properties and the broader FP&A organization in order to drive effective business outcomes for Target's properties. • 6-9 years finance and business experience
• MBA Degree with strong academic performance preferred
• Outstanding communication and relationship building, with team oriented focus
