The Physician Recruitment Liaison acts as a liaison between physician candidates and the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) before, during and following the interview process. This individual participates in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with MCHS physicians, MCHS leadership and contacts in the community particularly as they relate to physician recruitment and retention.

**This position will be located in Wausau or Minocqua**

Requires:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, health administration, communications or other related fields
• Three years of customer service, sales experience or experience in physician recruitment, human resources, and/or public relations
• Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, and excellent organizational skills
• State of Wisconsin driver's license with acceptable driving record

Preferred/Optional Experience:

• Knowledge of employment practices with an aptitude for interviewing and knowledge of health care beneficial
• Experience in a clinical setting
• FASPR certification from ASPR
