The Identity and Access Management - Team Lead will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Identity and Access Management team and will provide leadership and guidance to the team. This individual will provide knowledge management, automated timekeeping, training, scheduling, provisioning meeting planning, preparation, and follow up, down coordination, and facilitation of user feedback to appropriate managers are among the routine tasks to be completed by the Identity and Access Management- Team Lead. The Identity and Access Management - Team Lead will also be responsible for maintaining the knowledge and expertise to cover and assist in the day-to-day duties of the Identity and Access Management team. This individual has oversight from Data Security management.

Requires:

• Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business administration, computer technology, sciences or related field
• One year experience in health care of related field; and two years in a related senior level position which included leadership/mentoring, and project oversight; and four years of related identity and access management, or Security/Systems/Business Analysis/Programming
• Working knowledge of role-based access control preferred
• Experience leading a team. Understanding or expertise in enterprise systems (i.e. database, SQL, programming) preferred
