Quality Manager

Job Location:

Position/Title:
Quality Manager
Act as a liaison with manufacturing personnel, account executives, estimators, suppliers, engineering, and customers to relay and promote quality assurance. Also a functional backup to the Quality Management Representative.

*Initiate non-conformance and corrective action reports including, investigation of root cause,immediate action including verification of corrective action per procedural guidelines.
*Assist in customer returns program.
*Assists in communications with customer and internal personnel on quality issues.
*Generates and completes corrective action reports.
*Create and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
*Manage company`s approved supplier program.
*More duties to be discussed.

Qualifications: *A.S. in technical/management or quality disciplines; or 5 years related quality experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Metal Stamping industry.
*Working knowledge of AS9100D + 13485 2016 requirements, with proven knowledge in AS9100 auditing.
*Working knowledge and experience in Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plans and Root Cause analysis.
*Excellent communication skills and strong team leadership skills.
*Lean or Six Sigma certification or experience is preferred.
