A role in Property Management means the opportunity to maximize the performance and longevity of Target's assets while delivering value, reliability and brand integrity. As a Lead Program Manager on our Energy team, you'll manage Renewable Energy project/program activities for Target Stores and Distribution Centers. Responsibilities include budget, scope, schedule, execution, reporting and delivery of new projects, as well as partnering cross-functionally to support development of robust operational and maintenance planning for existing Renewable Energy assets. Interfaces and leads cross-functional communication with external Vendors, Utilities, Stores, Engineering, Store Design, Legal, and Property Management Field Team Members. Work closely with internal and external teams to move projects forward, resolve problems, and insure projects are delivered on time and on budget, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Use your talents and experience to define program goals and objectives, and develops tools, measurements, processes and procedures to track results against program deliverables. Work with internal and external business partners to define and develop "Scopes of Work" to best deliver against business needs and the reduction in Energy usage and expense. Develops and implements tools and reporting to effectively monitor and measure vendor performance and level of service. Continuously evaluates vendor's performance and costs and conduct annual vendor business reviews. Develops and controls processes to address vendor corrective action, as necessary. Manage related vendor relationships and contracts, and make decisions that align with Target's expense reduction, renewable energy, and greenhouse gas reduction objectives. Job duties may change due to business needs.

About you:
• Bachelors Degree, BA/BS (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 7 years business experience
• Demonstrated history of successfully managing external vendors
• Cross-functional team leadership experience
• Experience in the Energy, Renewables, or Sustainability space
• Ability to manage projects, set timeliness and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, financial, reasoning, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop recommendations to drive expense efficiencies
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to maximize relationships - team player/inspires others/takes partners across all levels of the organization and with outside vendors
