Full Time  230 days/8 hrs/day

Clerical support for Talent Development, Curriculum, and Targeted Services and assistance for office and staff. 
Duties include: Receptionist, weekly bulletin, calendar contact, curriculum, data entry, Synergy support.  Building telephone contact, Summer school registrations, back up head secretary when absent.  Other general clerical duties as assigned including backup for student attendance, assistance with student records, recordkeeping, filing, answering phones, creating letters and processing referrals.

Minimum Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent; ability / desire to use computer for word processing, record keeping and information retrieval; good oral and written communication and organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail;  flexibility; ability / desire to work cooperatively with department, district staff and public;  ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions.

Preferred Qualifications:  Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.  Experience with Synergy preferred.

Rate of pay: $15.90/hour.  
Insurance benefits available for assigned positions of 6 hours or more per day and 193 days per year.

Start Date:  ASAP after closing.
