Qualifications

equivalent experience

years of consultancy, advisory, or business-facing information security
experience
• Development
experience with open-source tools and platforms
•
Knowledge of and experience securing IoT devices and platforms

As a
Lead Information Security Analyst you'll take the lead as you...
- Provide guidance to Stores Portfolio teams to enable them
to design, develop and deploy solutions that align with the business,
security, and compliance objectives of Target. - Lead the identification and
prioritization of information security risks. Advise business partners on
security requirements and solutions. Ensure compliance to requirements is
achieved. - Gain an understanding of
information security risk within the portfolio, promote balanced risk
mitigation, and drive the remediation of open portfolio risks with appropriate
urgency. - Communicate the importance of
implementing secure practices that are aligned to needs of the business to
security and technology teams. - Work
closely with cross-functional teams and develop strong liaison relationships. - Provide updates to business groups, partners and
information security leadership through established communication channels. - Ensure that
appropriate stakeholders are held accountable as to the state of their controls
and that they understand their responsibilities regarding risk mitigation and
remediation. - Conduct analysis and trending
on internal or external progress or events affecting Stores portfolio
information security. - Influence and support Target
Information Security policies.
Required
Qualifications
• BA/BS in
Information Technology, Information Security, or related discipline or
equivalent experience
- 4+ years of information technology and/or Information Security
experience - Ability to provide
effective leadership and subject matter expertise on IT Risk topics to senior
management, technology, and business partners. - Experience
communicating effectively at different levels of the organization, and with
various technical and business audiences.
• Strong
problem-solving skills and experience
• Ability to
navigate ambiguity and develop working business relationships and trust
• Strong verbal, written
and presentation skills
• Ability to lead
down, across, and up in order to persuade and/or negotiate desired outcomes - CISSP or ability to pass
exam(s) within 90 days
