Pro Staff is working with a global company located in Bloomington, MN that is hiring for a Call Center Associate to start on Tuesday, June 18th! In this position, you would be answering incoming calls with questions about health or pension benefits. This position is long-term temporary, with the potential to lead to a permanent position depending on performance and attendance. The call center is open 7am - 6pm Monday through Friday; your exact schedule would be working 30-40 hours per week somewhere in between these hours of operation. This position pays $16.25 per hour and has the potential to lead to permanent hire, depending on performance and attendance.

This position is with a large, well-established company! With that comes room for advancement, fancy break rooms with televisions and catered snacks, and lots of training and support. Job Duties:

  • Taking inbound calls to answer questions about benefit plans
  • Properly documenting each call within an internal software system
  • Researching issues in order to advise a customer
  • Reading and interpreting benefit plans and eligibility requirements

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience is required
  • High School Diploma or GED-equivalent is required
  • Strong technical ability to navigate between multiple database systems and work with dual monitors
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail to include appropriate use of grammar and punctuation
  • Prior call center experience is highly preferred
