Pro Staff is currently looking for a 3rd shift Production Lead for a local plastics manufacturer. The successful candidate for this role will have prior experience in manufacturing and possess the ability to lead others. They must be able to provide communication, direction, and corrective action to production personnel to ensure completion of production requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Direct and track production. 
- Lead the manufacturing team to complete tasks in the safest and most efficient manner. 

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment. 
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving is preferred. 
- Possess a great attitude with the ability to lead others. 
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
