Maintenance Technician
Job Details
Immediate need for an experienced Maintenance Technician for manufacturing plant in North Houston. Must be able to work 1st shift Monday - Saturday.
Responsibilities: Day to day maintenance of facility, assist in moving departments and equipment, assist in moving/erection of modular office systems, assist in HVAC work, assist in landscaping, maintenance and repair of all equipment for facilities dept. under the supervision of the facilities supervisor.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to use power hand tools
Must be able to perform all the physical functions normally associated with an electrical worker at a start-up and/or construction site. This will include lifting, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, working in cramped locations, and in dusty non climatically controlled situations. This is a physically strenuous job.
Work Environment: Indoor/ Outdoor
