Pro Staff is currently seeking experienced machine operators for 2nd shift machine operation positions with our client in Menomonee Falls, WI! These positions require that candidates have a strong understanding of machine shop operations as well as a minimum of 2 years working in a machine operation role. Ideal candidates will have experience operating lapping machines and a motivated, can-do attitude!

- Operation of single and double sided lapping machines to buff, grind, polish product to correct specifications
- Minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting of machines as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to ensure product meets customer specifications
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing and machine operation
- Previous finishing/grinding experience is required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail
