Pro Staff in partnership with an IT solutions company located in Chaska, MN is looking for a temp to hire Configuration Technician to add to their team! Ideal candidates will be motivated, have effective communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Pay: $17-22 /hour depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, Regular business hours

Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed instructions for the setup, configuration and testing of customer equipment
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and with accuracy to customers
• Set up equipment for configuration and testing including: PCs, peripheral equipment, servers, network equipment
• Tracking and recording of inventory
• Prepare configured equipment for shipment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year technical degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
• Proficient PC and other IT equipment troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of various Microsoft operating systems
