Job Details
Put your customer service skills to work at our manufacturing client in Alexandria! Pro Staff has a Customer Service opportunity for a candidate with strong communication and customer service skills. Main areas of responsibility include:
- Handling all customer contact
- Reviewing contracts
- Managing ship list
- Participating in daily production meetings
- Supporting and working alongside Production, Sales, Estimating, Purchasing and Shipping teams
Hours are 7am-4:15pm, Monday-Thursday & 7:00am-3:00pm on Fridays. Pay is $13+/hr., depending on experience.
Qualified candidates have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and are detail-focused.
