We are seeking an entry level Recruiting Coordinator to join our Pro Staff team in Eagan, MN!  In this recruiting role, you would be responsible for identifying qualified job seekers for our contract and contract-to-hire opportunities. Job Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Answer incoming phone calls to field questions
• Screen applicant resumes and schedule interviews
• Interview applicants over the phone and in person
• Maintain the interview schedule for the branch office
• Assist with communicating benefits, programs referral opportunities and other information to candidates 
• Data entry of personnel information 
• Assist with processing payroll by collecting time cards
• Participate in job fairs 

This is a 1st shift opportunity, and flexibility is required to meet office objectives. 

Education:  
*Bachelors Degree
