Atterro and Samsung Electronics are hiring for an exciting contract role as a Supply Chain Analyst located at their Ridgefield Park, NJ location!
This is a long term temporary role working onsite at Samsung, which offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Track and Monitor weekly shipment plan vs. actual (RTF vs. GI), for the assigned product category
• Month-end Revenue Projection and Reporting
• Join consensus Calls with Factory, HQ counterparts and Logistics team
• Create and Manage Factory POs
• Monitor direct-ship POs and communicate with forwarding company
• Initiate expedite shipment request to Logistics
• Monitor major customers’ OTRQ score
• Monitor Aging Inventory and WOS
Performance Standards (How will duties be measured?):
• Weekly RTF vs. GI Achievement rate (weekly summary report)
• OTRQ Target achievement for major retail customers (target varies for each customer)
• Accuracy of monthly revenue projection
Required Knowledge, Education and/or Experience:
• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or similar
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in SCM, Business Operation or Logistics Operation field
• Excellent Analytical, Communication and Computer Skills
o High proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Office Suite
o Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building with Senior management up to, and including the executive level
Good in creating presentation is a big plus
o SAP experience is helpful
• Must be comfortable and available to work overtime and on weekends as necessary
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
