Hunter Hamilton has partnered with a small, family owned company in Minnetonka to hire an Accounting Clerk to assist the VP of Finance on all accounting duties.
- Accounts Receivable: process credit card transactions, apply payments, maintain AR database, run credit reports for new customers, etc.
- Accounts Payable: invoicing, matching/batching/coding, enter check batches, 3 way match, etc.
- Reporting: weekly, monthly, overdue receivables, etc.
- Previous accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
