Job Details

Hunter Hamilton has partnered with a medical device company in Plymouth to hire an Accounts Payable Representative. This position is a great Temp to Hire opportunity! You will be responsible for AP through verifying purchase order invoices are corrected and matched purchase order for price and quantity to the PO receipts in SAP!

Responsibilities:
  • Post both inventory and expense invoices daily
  • Back up A/P Supervisor in processing European inventory & expense invoice
  • Purchase card report verification
  • Duties associated with 1099 misc. income processing
  • Determine taxability status of expense items

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a 2 year degree
  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience with domestic & international invoices
  • Recent experience in SAP processing Accounts Payable
