Digital People is searching for a Lead Digital Analyst for a contract to hire position! In this role, you will be responsible for the guidance of campaign data analysis, eCommerce sales and performance and overall site metrics to discover actionable insights that result in recommendations for improving the site experience, lead generation, and purchase. You will play a key role in implementation and maintenance of a reporting and analytics platform, including managing complex reporting, creating and owning dashboards, and providing meaningful insights. Additionally, you will partnering with other digital analysts on technical elements of tagging, testing, and ongoing management of the metrics platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline or related field of study.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing analytics
  • 3-4 years of experience using Google Tag Manager or similar tag management system.
  • 3-4 years of experience using relational databases.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms. Google experience ideal.
  • Expert in MS applications: Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Google 360 Suite, Tableau
  • Proven experience in transforming analytics into concise and actionable reports
  • Intellectually curious and excited to roll up your sleeve to learn new things
  • Ability to provide guidance and training on the usage of web analytics for business units
  • Possess an understanding of online attribution in relation to marketing automation or email systems and how they tie into back-end CRM systems
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • High proficiency in digital analytics platforms and tools (Adobe Omniture preferred, Google Analytics, WebTrends, Coremetrics, or similar).
  • High proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or other similar tools)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing a plus.
  • Ability to communicate with business stakeholders
