Digital People is seeking a Digital Analyst to take on a contract position for a top retailer in the Twin Cities! You would have the opportunity to report back on the success of marketing strategies in partnership with some of the world’s most recognized brands. Responsibilities:

  • Work holistically at both the account and brand level
  • Lead analytics and insights of digital media campaigns, including audience, media product, channel, device, and non-attributed context
  • Manage the end-to-end reporting processes, including reviewing and being accountable for new media and reporting plans before launch
  • Find opportunities for new business and proposals
  • Manage data quality, integrity of reporting outputs, and issue escalation
  • Provide recommendations for optimization strategies across the campaign channels based on unique campaign objectives
  • Ensure plans and execution will provide end of campaign reporting accurately, efficiently and effectively
  • Act as a data and reporting expert, providing insights laddering up to marketing strategies for your assigned category

Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and data story-telling skills, ability to judge and quantify results and know what to do with that information
  • In-depth understanding of the digital marketplace and advanced targeting tactics, data management platforms, and digital media products and channels
  • Experience with data management platforms, aggregation tools
  • Exceptional understanding of the digital measurement space.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, DOMO, Tableau, Adobe Site Catalyst
  • Preferred experience in digital advertising and/or digital media publishing industry
