  • Own executing the end-to-end optimization processes, including prioritization, implementation, measurement of KPIs, clear next-step recommendations and quantification of value/impact delivered
  • Answer key Product questions, define analytics approach, retrieve and manipulate data needed to perform analysis, and delivers actionable insights to Product Management team
  • Create, maintain, and publish KPI Dashboards; automating and enabling team members to self-serve whenever possible
  • Build and maintain domain expertise in relevant data sets and identifies what data is critical to capture
  • Measure the impact of feature changes and use data to inform the product roadmap
  • Create a process to ensure new features launch with proper tracking
  • Works hand in hand with Product team, effectively writing specs and user stories, prioritizing requirements, analyzing product data, and developing product strategies
  • Combine data with survey results and user research to uncover patterns/trends in behavior
  • Distill and communicate complex analytics results to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Translate analysis into clear recommendations that drive business outcomes
  • Define tagging requirements and/or execute tagging to ensure appropriate data capture to drive accurate measurement
  • Re-mediate data issues through tagging to ensure quality of data


  • 3+ years experience and increasing responsibility in digital analytics
  • 3+ years experience with Adobe Analytics/Omniture
  • BA or BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field/requisite experience
  • Experience providing tagging requirements for Adobe Analytics/Omniture
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong focus on improving user experience, eCommerce, or web performance
  • Have history with conversion funnel / data feed / clickstream data
  • Strong analytical background demonstrating an ability to understand business problems, analyze trends, draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience integrating other client-side data tools with web analytics data (such as A/B tests, surveys, or targeting technologies.)
  • Knowledge of best practices and latest techniques in digital analytics
  • Experience in tag management systems and pixel implementation
