ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  1. Leadership of team members at the Plymouth facilities involved in all stocking, material movement, inventory management and staging tasks. 2. Implement and maintain goals developed in collaboration with the Director of Logistics that support the overall strategic plan, initiatives and goals of the company. 3. Collect and communicate metrics related to the performance of the stockroom. 4. Support all SAP and ISO requirements. Monitor and maintain processes by observing control points, monitoring personnel and resources, and reporting and correcting any deficiencies. 5. Communicate and develop partnerships with internal stakeholders to provide information needed for their effective and timely feedback to customers. 6. Develop and train team members in the systems needed to efficiently and effectively perform all tasks related to their daily functions.  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have previous experience in stockroom operations and experience with inventory management, movement and maintenance of raw materials
2. Two year Business or Supply Chain Degree/Certification preferred
3. Must have strong understanding of SAP 4. Must be able to meet client pre-screenig requirements
