A role in Property Management means the opportunity to maximize the performance and longevity of Target's assets while delivering value, reliability and brand integrity. As a Sr. Program Owner on our Interior Services team, you will lead the development and goals of strategic service management. You must be comfortable partnering and communicating with Lead Program Managers, Stores organization, Property Management Field Teams, and Vendor partners relative to your service team's goals and program/project initiatives. You'll build cross functional relationships with internal and external partners that will be critical to achieving the goals, processes and outcomes set. You will play a critical role in support, testing, evaluating, and providing program feedback to ensure brand consistency in our stores. Awareness of Industry and competitor activities as it relates to your program is essential to ensure that we remain strategic and effective in our buildings. Using your skills and experiences, you will develop criteria and scope of work for vendors that are sourced to perform under approved service contracts. Cultivate and implement tools and reporting to effectively monitor and measure vendor performance and level of service. In this role, you will continuously evaluate vendors' performance and cost and develop processes to address corrective actions as necessary. In using data and your experience, you'll uncover issues, complete root cause analysis, and resolve issues. You will have financial accountability for expenses associated with projects and perform budget development, expense tracking, analysis and forecasting. About you:
  • Bachelor's Degree, BA/BS
  • Minimum 3 years business experience
  • Ability to work on tasks without daily interaction with supervisor
  • Experience in the janitorial industry
  • Ability to manage projects, set timeliness and meet deadlines
  • Practical approach to problem solving
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, organizational skills
  • Develop recommendations to drive expense reductions
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
