Job Details
Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as an Assistant Director of Development. This position will be based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. As our Assistant Director, you will serve as a discovery officer, contributing to the success and growth of the University Advancement Division by identifying prospective major gift donors and building strong external relationships to advance the university’s mission. Minimum qualifications for this position include having a bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of experience in sales and/or fundraising.
