Pro Staff has an opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our team! Candidates should have a background in machine operation, prior CNC experience preferred. Candidates should have a mechanical aptitude, be comfortable with troubleshooting and performing basic repairs.Positions available on 1st or 2nd shift.

- Starts up and shuts down of the machine.
- Understands the programming including how to locate and maneuver the programs needed to operate machines.
- Understands the machines codes or is able to learn this.
- Changes blades and able to re-order blades or sharpen blades.
- Communicates with QA to review parts or quality issues.
- Conducts basic maintenance on the boring line.
- Enters in ECO's and puts in maintenance requests.
- Excellent understanding of the metric system as well as the metric tools necessary to operate the machine.
- Excellent communication skills required to ensure communication between shifts.
- Ability to read CAD drawing preferred.
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, etc. preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language for safety purposes in an understandable manner.
