As a Senior Researcher/Consultant, Executive Search you will be responsible for partnering with Principal Consultants, Executive Search on conducting research, building sourcing strategies and delivering top talent for our executive-level openings and pipelines. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on external market intelligence. It will be your responsibility to conduct thorough and regular research in order to regularly share insight on trends in the marketplace, industry information, competitor happenings, and leadership news. Leverage your strong analytical thinking to strategically develop target lists of companies and candidates through multiple channels such as cold calling, internet research, networking, databases and associations. Consultants will provide detailed status reports on market intelligence, research and sourcing activities.

This unique position also collaborates with talent acquisition team members and business leaders to continually develop best-in-class end-to-end leadership recruitment processes and strategies. We'll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Sr. Executive Search Consultant. The exciting part of retail? About you:
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience
• Successful experience recruiting for executive level talent
• Demonstrated success building and executing recruitment strategies
• Proven expertise using the telephone & internet to acquire information not readily available.
• Highly developed conceptual skills; able to synthesize information quickly; understands various industries and functions; and able to present material in an organized and clear manner
• Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing and listening.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables.
• High level of initiative and self-motivation
