HQ Engineering and Activation
A role in HQ Engineering and Activation means being at the heart of our perpetual reimagining. This group is the think tank and laboratory for the innovative ideas that spark change throughout the Supply Chain. Consisting of a centralized Integration, Change Management and Communication teams, we thrive in transformation and show off our cross-functional chops by managing complex relationships, partnerships and interactions simultaneously. Here, you will solve very specific, high-priority business challenges and ensure the proper visibility, goal-setting and tracking, timeline management, impact planning and resolution, and communication. Your specific expertise-whether it's people, process or technology-will be felt well beyond the boundaries of the GSCL organization, and positively impact Target team members and guests alike.

About the Job:

As a Sr. Project Manager on the GSCL Change and Communication team you will help create and maintain a critical part of the work to transform the supply chain. As a high performing member of the team you will work on identifying impacts and analyzing across people, process, tech and data, and sequencing milestones and problem solving ways to measure and plan impacts through activation. The Change and Communication Planning and Delivery team works to transition teams through transformational change to adoption and sustainability of new ways of working. This position will work with a broad set of supply chain stakeholders, integration team, internal and field facing GSCL business functions, and cross functional partner teams. Core responsibilities of this role will be to intake impacts of transformation across people, process, tech and data, quantify the impact, and visualize where the impacts are occurring (by location and role). Overall, this individual will connect partners as appropriate, driving toward a roadmap that visualizes transformation impacts and milestones. About you:
  • 1-2 years supply chain or supply chain support area experience
  • 2-5 years formal project management experience
  • 2+ years change management experience
  • Experience working with data management tools, passion around story-telling through data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - will interact with senior leadership on a recurring basis
  • Comfortable self-directing, self-motivating and figuring out the optimal path forward where not defined
  • Proven ability to work among ambiguous direction and fast paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
