About the Job:

As a Supply Chain Analyst for the Direct Vendor Ship (DVS) team you will work to foster a strong relationship with our primary vendor in support of critical DVS Operations metrics. As a high performing member of the team you will work on initiatives intended to propel Target's DVS Supply Chain competencies forward to meet the needs of the future. You will be responsible for working with vendors during on-boarding and throughout the vendor lifecycle. You will be the main point of contact for vendors regarding order fulfillment processes to ensure requirements and guidelines are met.

• Role works independently and is knowledgeable and accountable for work related to late order management, including working closely with vendor partners to resolve operational issues
• Troubleshoots vendor process and system issues contributing to order related issues
• Provides key insights in written and verbal format to peers, leaders and partners
• Accountable to contributing to the delivery of special projects that support overall DVS operations network health
• Manage and collaborate with vendor partner to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met
• Partner with EDABI, OMS, Item COE, and other operations teams to identify gaps and resolve issues as needed

About you:

• 2-5 years e-commerce, supply chain or supply chain support area experience
• Deep understanding of DVS business model, EDI requirements, and Target Order Management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - will interact with external partners on a recurring basis
• Comfortable self-directing, self-motivating and figuring out the optimal path forward where not defined
• Proven ability to work in fast paced environment
