A role in Property Management means the opportunity to maximize the performance and longevity of Target's assets while delivering value, reliability and brand integrity. Leverage and stretch your skills, whether your focus is electrical and plumbing, fire and security, smart buildings, HVAC and refrigeration, waste management and recycling, donations programs, or energy utility expense management. As a Sr. Program Analyst, you will support the Site Operations team through analysis, reporting and interpretation. Leverage your strong analytical thinking and strong communication to interpret and apply Target's enterprise lens on reporting tools and data storage for Property Management & Enterprise Data Analysis & Business Intelligence teams. Lead forecasting & financial reporting efforts. Provide in-depth analysis including root cause, trends and regression analysis. Translate data into useful information that tells a story and provides guidance to the business owners. Establish a model to assess business cases, establish baselines and metrics to measure performance of new initiatives. About You

• 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong collaboration and problem solving skills & ability to work effectively with others
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL & advanced analytic capabilities
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Domo
• Familiarity with Statistical tools like R, Python or SAS
• Familiarity with SAP
