Maintenance Tech Position
Large townhome association in Hopkins. Looking for dependable self-starter who will assist other maintenance staff on upkeep of the grounds, light carpentry, light painting, and other exterior maintenance of buildings.
Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, be dependable, and can work independently or as a team member. Hourly wage in accordance to skills, and some benefits including Dental, Health, Life, and Simple IRA. On call rotation for emergency maintenance.
