Customer Service Representative
Job Details
Pro Staff is seeking for a Customer Service Representative that is interested in working in a call center environment. You will be taking up to 100 incoming calls per day to take orders and build sales. If you are someone that has essential sale skills and is able to contain a lot of information, this is a perfect position for you!
Position type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $17-20, depending on experience
Job duties:
- Negotiate margins and gross sales
- Support with promotions and industry updates
- Answer customer questions over the phone regarding different products
- Learn and apply sales techniques
- Problem solve any issues regarding products or customer complaints
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years in Customer Service
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Must be flexible with the hours
- Ability to process orders quickly
- Have a positive attitude
- Must have Customer empathy and relations
- Have basic keyboarding skills
- Ability to work on a computer software
- Must have basic math skills
- Meet client requirements
