Sales Operations Analyst
Atterro has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst at Samsung in Ridgefield Park, NJ!
Reporting to the Sr. Sales Manager, this position will proactively support the development and delivery of strategic planning and operational efficiency related analytics for the Sales & Marketing teams. The position requires a balance of quantitative analysis aptitude and ability to summarize results in a summarized, consumable format.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides regular sales and financial performance tracking and effectiveness measurement to guide the business and manage channels sales and operational initiatives. Prepares strategic and trend analysis for key channel activities by product, geography, and channel.
• Manage the process of exporting extensive data from relational databases and translating into sophisticated Excel reports using a variety of techniques (pivot/vlookup/basic statistical functions, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze channel sell out trends by product and geography to identify enhancement and new business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and updates to senior SEA management and headquarters.
• Support additional management activities, as required, to assist others in meeting deadlines.
Support for 3 key accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club, Amazon:
• Managing conditions and SDUs
• Monday sales reporting
• SCM reporting
• Financial support/backup for marketing contracts, trailing credits, etc.
• Setting up promos in Amazon vendor central
• Amazon PO extensions
• Sears order release
• New item setup as needed
• Competitive Promo tracking
Background/Experience:
• A Bachelor's degree in a business or financial field of discipline.
• Preferred 3 years of equivalent work experience in Business Planning or Sales Operations
Required Skills:
• High energy, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communications skills
• Must be strong at MS Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Must be very strong in Excel. (Pivot tables, All Excel opportunities, etc.)
• SAP experience is desired
