As a Sr. Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain & Logistics Finance, you'll be responsible for supporting the future of Target's Logistics and Indirect & Reverse operational capabilities. You will be responsible to analyze investments and translate analysis and results into financial short and long term goals. This includes analysis to enhance current and enable future transportation capabilities. You will be a trusted advisor across all of the Global Supply Chain & Logistic team and Finance with respect to the investments and capabilities required to move Target into the future Supply Chain it is building. Reporting to the Director of GSCL Finance, you'll be supported along the way to partner across the GSCL to drive continued financial success and to provide them with analytical insights of their performance. About you:

• 4 year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience in Finance and/or Transportation Operations
• Strong analytical problem-solver; strategic and innovative thinker
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives and bring them to life
• Ability to work with and influence all levels of management
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
