Job Details

Pro Staff in Plymouth is hiring for a seasoned Customer Service Representative for a company located in Plymouth. This is a full-time position featuring a Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm schedule. The ideal candidate will need 3+ years of Customer Service Experience and also experience with order entry and follow up, providing quotes to clients and reviewing target accounts to identify trends and opportunities.  The position pays $17-$23 per hour, depending upon experience.

Job Duties:
 Receive and process inbound requests for quotes and orders from existing and prospective customers both domestic and international in a timely, accurate manner.
 Communicate company  features, advantages and benefits to put company in the best position to win each quote.
 Provide expert information to customers on products, processes and capabilities to insure customers understand specifications and that their needs are fully met.
 Monitor and follow-up on outstanding requests for quotes. Document competitive information acquired on lost opportunities.
 Review target account business to identify trends and opportunities.
 Maintain regular contact with target accounts to pursue additional business and maintain up-to-date account information in the CRM system.
 Coordinate with other departments as needed for estimating, scheduling constraints, delivery, credit limits, etc.
 Respond to and advise customers as needed to insure customer awareness of order status.
 Receive and process customer complaints per company corrective action system. Follow-up as appropriate to insure agreed-upon resolution.
 Receive and process sample and literature requests from prospects and customers.
 Assist department and company as needed with mailings, sample/literature fulfillment, and other related projects.
 Perform outbound phone calls to current and prospective customers.
 Ability to take on additional assignments when requested.

Job Requirements:
3+ years of customer service experience
Must have previous experience with order entry and following up with clients
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to meet client pre-screening requirements.
