Pro Staff is actively seeking customer service representatives located in Bloomington! This is a long-term temporary assignment, with the potential to get hired on. Candidates will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls and assisting customers with accounts and updating information.

Hours: Monday- Friday, 30-40 hours per week

Pay $16.25

Job Duties:

  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Providing customer support
  • Handling confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and internal database
  • Other Job duties as assigned

    • Qualification:

  • Must be comfortable working 30-40 hours a week
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
