RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn MediMatrix application for customers installations
- Receive calls/emails from clients to determine and resolve technical needs/issues
- Respond in timely manner for support of client issues
- Document customer issues and provide status report back to management
- Advanced computer trouble shooting relating to MediMatrix and computer support
- Work on assigned tasks as delegated by management
- Make recommendations that would allow you to perform your duties more efficiently
- First line of contact to support requests via our ticket management system
- Work with development team on testing version releases
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledgeable about computers; primarily Windows based systems
- Has experience downloading and installing Windows software
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Ability to utilize remote access software
- Familiar Windows OS –Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with different browser settings
- Technical thinking/reasoning skills
- Interest in technology as it pertains to the healthcare industry
- Self-motivation
- Professional demeanor
- Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team setting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have professional home office environment with high speed internet access
- Must be located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area
- 2-4 year college degree is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a technical support role preferred
- Ability to work rotating First and Second Shifts (i.e. some evening and some weekend)
