Our client, Dakota Kitchen & Bath in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks to hire a proven leader as its General Manager. This position is responsible for the overall operations of the business. Prospective candidates must be a visionary leader and have the highest sense of integrity. Duties include but are not limited to developing and mentoring the office and sales force staff; overseeing/coordination of projects to include planning, scheduling, purchasing and inventory as they align with the policies and practices of the business and the hiring/retention of staff. This position reports directly to the Owners.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business with related work knowledge and proven supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills and have the ability to work on multiple projects. Excellent human relation skills and knowledge of the manufacturing industry are essential to this position.
