Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.

A role on the FRS Operations and Product team means enabling FRS capabilities to deliver an exceptional guest and team member experience by providing proper technology, tools, processes, and information. As a Senior Analyst in FRS Operations, you will provide operational support for FRS Service Centers and Product teams by requesting, approving and fulfilling systems access. In this role you will become a subject matter expert in access requirements and processes for FRS Service Centers and partners. You will be responsible for managing day to day service levels, driving process improvement and problem solving. Building strong internal partnerships is critical to ensure the access needs are understood and service levels are met. You will often lead or participate in small cross-functional teams, of about 3-5, where you will need to effectively communicate updates and key decisions.

About you:
• BS/BA 4-year college degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or systems analyst; experience in financial services preferred
• Self-starter with demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to lead projects, multitask, and drive results with minimal direction
• Strong execution skills; including the ability to coordinate, prioritize, establish goals, ensure timelines are being met and resources are properly leveraged
• Experience in collaborating across multiple departments/business units
