Lead Process Engineer ICQA
Target Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Lead Process Engineer ICQA at our offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Lead Process Engineer ICQA will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing inventory control and quality assurance processes in support of Target's long-term logistics and supply chain strategy. This position requires a Bachelor's
degree or equivalent in computer science, business
analytics, data analytics, operations management or
a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) working in design, quality assurance, validation plans and deployment of technology solutions using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices; (2) designing and managing quality metrics and dashboards; (3) performing data analysis and insights on large, complex datasets using Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, and Minitab; and (4) project and process management using tools including JIRA, Microsoft Project, Sharepoint, and Smartsheet. Must also have experience with (1) lean systems tools including Value Stream mapping, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, Poka Yoke, Andon, Kaizen, and KPIs; and (2) Sixsigma statistical tools including Regression, Statistical sampling, Pareto, histogram, process mapping,
process capability and Statistical Process Control.
Domestic and international travel required 30% of
