Positing Title: Supply Chain & Demand Fulfillment (HA)
General Description:
Candidate will be expected to execute the operational duties and support regional HA business expansion. This is a cross-functional role which includes communicating with both internal and external partners. Motivated individual, customer focused, strong team player with the ability to make decisions in the best interest of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Order management including but not limited to, site management, optimization, DO creation, XDOCK rhythm and cutoffs.
• Inventory feed, stock out recovery as well as in stock reporting
• Communicate product supply to Sales Team and/or directly to the customer
• Identify and resolve complex customer order issues/problems in conjunction with Sales and order management team
• Reporting and Root cause Analysis
• Daily interaction regarding product availability, allocation, and transition planning.
• Proactively identifies and challenges activities that will detract from planned objectives
• Participate in HA projects and account launches
• Maintain a high efficiency workflow process
• Process innovation and creative thinking
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Collect, document, and manage information pertaining to accounts i.e. order rhythm, service level expectations, process flows, ETA information
• Work with logistics planners - outbound logistics issues and service expectations account specific
Necessary Skills/ Attributes:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Competency in SAP Systems and Microsoft Office Preferred
• Ability to interact with all levels of management, and work in a fast paced, and constantly changing environment
• Self-motivated but also has the ability to work well in a team, and meet demanding time fences
• Strong customer service and decision making skills
• Bachelor’s degree & 1-3 years’ work experience (open to various backgrounds)
• Solid experience in a forecasting/allocation environment preferred, or strong experience in logistics or operations.
