Pro Staff is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Lead position in Adel, IA. Pro Staff is looking for candidates with excellent attendance, qualities of a leader and a great attitude! The Lead will help direct and lead the production activities for the assigned shift, train new employees, ensure products are produced to customer specifications and perform various production activities throughout the shift.  Minimum 1 year experience successfully leading a team required. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.  

This will be a full time opportunity on 2nd shift, 4:30pm - 3am Monday - Friday. 

Job Responsibilities for the Lead position:  

Help direct and lead the production activities for the assigned shift

Train new employees

Ensure products are produced to customer specifications

Perform various production activities throughout the shift

Perform other duties as directed

Job Requirements for the Lead position:

Minimum 1 year experience successfully leading a team

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Listens to and understands internal/external customers, supplier expectations, Management needs and wants
